Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Yes, you can exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original case/packaging.

Do ASJ pieces come with a warranty?

Yes! All ASJ jewelry comes with a 1-year free warranty.

We will repair any damage free of charge within the first year of purchase (shipping fees apply).

After one year, we still offer repairs at a reasonable cost, depending on the case.

What should I do if my jewelry tarnishes?

Jewelry tarnish is very common and will naturally occur over time.

Our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver and Brass plated with gold or platinum, which are generally safe for most skin types. If you have known sensitivities, feel free to reach out for more details.

Always store your jewelry in its original box or an airtight pouch, away from sunlight, moisture, and perfumes — especially for plated pieces.

Do your rings come in different sizes?
