Return & Exchange

At ASJ, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, including pouch, box.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return was due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping will be covered by us.
